The Penguin Hall of Fame is dedicated to preserving the legacy of those who helped make the 437 OSS what it is today. Inductees include officers, enlisted Airmen, civil servants, and honorary teammates who made outstanding contributions to our squadron and to the Air Force mission.
Each class of inductees reflects the values that define the Penguin Family: professionalism, teamwork, innovation, and a relentless focus on keeping airlift operations moving. Every two years, the 437 OSS opens nominations to recognize individuals who carried the mission forward, invested in others, and strengthened our ability to make Air Mobility happen.


Who Can Be Nominated
Nominees should demonstrate a clear, lasting impact on the 437 OSS and embody the core values of the squadron and the United States Air Force.
You may nominate members who possess any of the following traits:
